In class we have been deciding about what topic, related to women and science, kids wanted to work on. And they decided to work on health, since they are very worried about the evolituon of COVID. During the pandemic nurses were really important. In our country is a work done mainly for women, althogh step by step men starting to develop that work also.
Students reserach about contagious and non-contagious illnesses, the make a game for the rest of their pears related to important /famous women in health and they prepared some oral presentations to share with the rest of their parnets.
Here are some proofs of their amazing work. I hope you like it.

Marie Curie (November 7, 1867 – July 4, 1934) was a Polish physicist, chemist, and feminist. She did research on radioactivity. She was the first woman professor at the University of Paris. She was also the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the first person to win two Nobel Prizes, one in physics in 1903 and the other in chemistry in 1911. Her Nobel Prize in physics was for her research on uncontrolled radiation, which was discovered by Henri Becquerel.
Her determination and resilience is an example to us all.
