There is lot of money in our museum Narona wich was important trading centar since the 2nd Century BC. There only one coin from that time, in the museum. There are 31 more. The others belong to the time 2-5 centuries.It is an ancient museum.

Museum trip

Second graders drew a bronze coin from the Roman Republic (90 BC) with a pencil. On the coin is Pegasus. The coin is exhibited in the Archaeological Museum of Narona in Vid (near Metković).

We visited the Archaeological museum Narona in Vid near Metković where we live and where we could see examples of old money which was used in part of our history. Students took the photos and then in the classroom they draw that coins according to observation.
