PASSATELLI WITH THE CHICKEN BROTH
I00 g breadcrumbs,
500 g parmesan, 200 g
Flour,
6 eggs, lemon zest,
nutmeg. Mix all the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Let it rest in the fridge for a couple of hours.
Put the dough in a potato masher and form the passatelli. Cook the passatelli with the chicken broth.
