The Hermitage (La ermita de la Virgen de la Salud)

Placed in Menasalbas, our home town, this old building dates back to the middle of the 15th Century and it can be considered one of the highest exponents of the rural gothic in the region of Montes de Toledo. Until the 19th Century it was a hospital for low-income people and pilgrims. Nowadys it is a house of worship among the christian villagers of Menasalbas.

El Rollo Jurisdiccional

This column, made of stone and placed on the outskirts of Menasalbas, dates back to the end of the XVI century. It was built in order to express the right of the village to have its own justice independently from the feudal jurisdiction.
