During the first Live Event of ICE-twins you will meet as a team of student-teachers. A new team needs to get to know each other and have simple agreement on how to reach each other to do the assigned tasks.

Consider general things about yourself

• Who are you?
• How do you live?
• Lifestyle?
• How do you spend your days for your education? 
• How do you spend your leisure-time? 

and more personal (only disclose what you are comfortable with):

• what subcultures do you identify with? ethnicity, religion, social class, gender, family, phase of life? important values, motto's? 

It is important to share some things related to working as a team 

• Experience working as a team?
• Any special talents /skills you can contribute to the team?  
• What kind of role do take in a group?
• Want to learn a new team-role?  
• Hopes and expectations when it comes to working as a team?

Use the last 10 minutes of the meeting to decide on your team's Code Of Conduct:

1. How will you be in touch with other? 
   • choose a mode: twinchat? email? whatsapp? skype? zoom? etc. 
   • what days and time of day can you meet as a group?
2. Responsibilities
   • (Minutes, Chairing meetings, writing, time keeper, planners, designer, etc.)
   • If you cannot meet or deliver in time... (who / when will you contact?)
3. Other things to keep in mind are..
   • internet breakdown
   • holidays
   • health.
   • etc... 
4. Your team's motto / slogan and name. 

Finally, make a screen shot of your TEAMS meeting with the camera images of all team members together -> Post this in the twinboard here in pages together with your Code Of Conduct and Team name.
