First, measure someone adults' head circumference. What number did you get? If you get that circumference is 57cm, you can use the next given measures.

Draw the circular sector with the angle of 120 degrees and the radius of 27cm. Create the cone hat. 

Find the inside diameter of your cone. On the other paper draw circle with that diameter and then make concentric circle with bigger diameter.

It's time to stick two pieces of the hat.

1st way: Cut out the circular ring and that is your hat brim. Attach it to cone with adhesive tape.

2nd way: Pop your scissors in the inner circle and cut triangular tabs, fringes. Start from center of circle and cut till circular. Fold up tabs and tape them (or glue) to the inside of the cone.

3rd  way: Cut short fringes of equal lenght, approximately 2cm apart along the base of cone. Fold out the fringes and apply glue in them. Cut hat brim like in the 1st way insert it from the top of the cone down. Press on the edges aroung the hole to  glue the fringes in place.

You have made it, you can now decorate it.

Calculate the height of hat and its Volume.
