School Centre Celje is a public educational institution, consisting of:
- 5 high schools:
Grammar School Lava
Secondary School of Chemistry, Electrical Engineering and Computer Engineering
Secondary School for the Services and Logistics
Secondary School of Civil Engineering and Environmental Protection
Secondary School of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics and Media
- 1 Higher Vocational College with programmes in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Civil Engineering and
Automotive Management and
- Adult training centre – MIC, which educates adults and also organizes informal educational programs in different felds, such as
digital literacy, practical training, language learning etc.
We have:
- over 3000 students every year in 30 programs
- 800 higher students
- over 1000 adults in the various programs of formal and informal education and training
- 309 employees, most highly qualified teachers in various professional fields
The mission of our school centre is to ensure and provide students with a developmentally appropriate education in all our school
programs and to ensure our teachers' professionalism as well as the best educational conditions.
