3rd task: creating a cooperative e-book.

The partner schools have exchanged ideas about a possible character - Twinny - who travels around Europe to discover some cities of the partner countries. They agreed upon the story of a girl whose soft-toy, a rabbit, gets lost during her travelling through Europe, just the day of her flight back home to Brussel. Twinny visits different cities before finding the way home and each time he lends in a new town, he sends a letter to the girl with some clues hidden in a Qr code.

The cooperative e-book has been created with the aim to give a European dimension to the Geography curriculum in order to:

- make learning Geography fun and interesting

- improving English language skills (CLIL)

- develop ICT skills by using QR codes and creating pages online in ePub

- develop HOT (higher order thinking skills) such as searching, selecting and organizing relevant information in electronic format, making and verifying hypothesis, comparing and contrasting, collecting and organizing data from the ebook pages

- develop collaborative work and peer assessment
