TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The Promoter is Yatağan İmam Hatip Secondary School (Muğla-Turkey). These terms and condition are applied to the project by the legal representative of the school.
2. This project is prepared based on eTwinning standards and teachers will use Twinspace for sharing their works. The parents/guardians grant permission for a photo/videotape that includes the student to be shared with media outlets, including Twinspace, school and project websites, social media networks, newspapers and television stations.
3. The teacher in charge for each partner school arranges the organization scheduled activities and dissemination of them.
4. Participants waive their moral rights in common and final products; Parents/guardians allow the promoter to use, copy, modify, adapt and publicly display their entry. By submitting an entry to us, the parents/guardians gives the Promoter:
   • Permission for his/her child’s products to be published with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence and republishing the short stories in electronic format and hard copy for purpose of disseminating the project,
   • The right to use his/her name, age, country, photo and school for the sole purpose of identifying him/her as the contributore of the Project products. The products of the Project will not go on sale, and e-books/printed books will be distributed free of charge to make the project visible.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase for the project.
6. The Project with its all products will be governed by Turkish law.
7. By being a member of the project, the students are indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
