    In this project we must share personal data. The Twinspace is safe, if used safely.

     

    CODE OF CONDUCT

    Please ensure that all data remain safe, all along the project. 

    Let me invite you to read the eTwinning Code of Conduct. 

    Pupils should be involved in discussing these topics, as well as their parents or legal guardians. 

     

    PARENTAL PERMISSION

    In order to enroll pupils, the written permission to use their personal data for this project is necessary. Please, apply to your pupils' parents or legal guardians. 

    Here is an example of permission. Rules may vary, so it is important to check if this document fits the regulations of your particular school and/or country. You can find the PDF of this document in the MATERIALS section, in FILES. 

     

    PRIVACY RULES AND AUTHORSHIP
    Always make sure you have the right to publish.
    Data from the internet:

    • If the website is free of use: you can publish its content. Remember to name the website in your work.
    • If the website is not free of use:
      • The author allows the publication of his/her work: you can publish the content. Remember to mention the author’s name in your work.
      • The author does not allow the publication of his/her work: you cannot publish this content.

    Data you have created yourself:

    • Picture / video / audio: make sure no other people appear. If so, you need their written assent to publish your work.
    • Interview: kindly ask the person to write the assent to publish your work.
    • Your own text (article, message, etc.): make sure to distinguish what is yours from other people’s works.

    NETIQUETTE RULES

    Pupils can suggest their own Netiquette rules. Then, everyone can vote for the most important rules. At the end of the day, we'll have our own collaborative set of rules for this project. :-)
