  • SCHOOL YEAR 2020/21

     

    September 2020

    – Erasmus project is launched in partner schools 

    – project call for members in project team (students and teachers)

    – selection criteria prepared by every partner school

     

    October 2020

    – project team members are selected

    – project management meetings organized in each partner school

    – distribution of tasks to local team members

    – setting up the WhatsApp group

    – starting the TwinSpace

    – project coordinators organize their 1st virtual meeting (to discuss the mobilities and project’s agenda)

    – involving local organizations into project

    – launch of international logo competition in all partner schools  

     

    November 2020

    – preparing and applying the common questionnaire on intercultural awareness and diversity in all partner’s schools 

    – launching FB profile of the project

    – project corner is designed in schools

     

    December 2020

    – selection of participants (teachers) to attend C1

    – students accounts are created on TwinSpace

    – project materials are uploaded on TwinSpace and project’s FB profile

     

    January 2021

    – all partners design project visibility materials: banner, roll–up to use in project dissemination

    – virtual meeting with project coordinators to set up details for C1

    – preparation session for C1, meeting within school Erasmus+ teams

     

    February 2021

    – project C1 takes place – (mobility to Poland)

    – preparing the evaluation forms for each mobility and project’s activities in school (during C1)

     

    March 2021

    – students do research and prepare the materials, select the stories, legends and short play for C2, guided by teachers in the process

    – Art competition for legends’ illustration

     

    April 2021

    – students continue research and prepare the materials, select the stories, legends and short play for C2, guided by teachers in the process

    – meeting with parents to inform on project progress and results

    – students virtual meeting on TwinSpace before mobility to Italy

     

    May 2021

    – project C2 takes place (mobility to Italy)

    – students write their impressions on C2 in project diary on TwinSpace and FB profile

     

    June 2021

    – Virtual Art exhibition for parents and guests (using Artsteps).

    – project dissemination activities are carried out online and offline

    – project evaluation activities in every partner school and on international level

    – 1st year evaluation session in form of video conference – team members, exchanging information on feedback questionnaires

    – C3 takes place (mobility to Greece)

    – project implementation plan for the 2nd year (discussion during C3)

    – feedback forms for C3 (interpretation)

    – selection of participants for C4 and C5

    – team members project meeting in schools

     

    December 2021

    – interdisciplinary demo lessons applied in schools (Music, Drama)

    – students do research and prepare the materials, select traditional sports, games, handicrafts for C4, guided by teachers in the process

    – preparing the digital and interactive guide to most famous historical sites (in form of PP presentation)

    – interdisciplinary demo lessons applied in schools (P.E., Design and technology)

    – final questionnaire to assess students’ intercultural awareness and diversity is applied in schools and interpreted
