Cookery book: Healthy recipes
When we were going to school (one week before Christmas), we made some healthy recipes like pasta salad, muesli, pumpkin soup, gingerbread, and tea. Really important ingredient was honey, which is popular in our country. Around our town we have many local small businesses that sell honey. Our teacher is also a beekeeper. Honey is good for your health, and it’s often used as a natural sweetener. For example, gingerbreads are made from honey and they’re the most famous Christmas cookies in Czechia. We also used a lot of fruit and vegetables. So, we ate in a healthy way. The result of our workshop was the cookery book.
