This is the project calendar:
Duration: the project will take place from September 2020 to June 2021.
Planned activities:
September: presentation of the project, project teams, introducting the students with the rules of Internet safety and digital tools that they will use. Creating a project logo.
November / December: students expand the subject curricula by choosing a prehistoric site with metal age finds from a nearer or further homeland. The teams are exploring a prehistoric site.
They visit a site or a museum that contains archaeological finds.
Photographic material from the field and creative works with motifs of archaeological finds are utilized to make digital greeting cards for the holidays and send them to project partners.
January / February: students make digital posters about the prehistoric site and place them on a common digital platform.
March / April: students choose a poster of the project partners who additionally ask questions about the prehistoric site where the students who made the poster answer the questions via the Forum. After that, they will briefly present the selected poster with the help of Flipgride by taken the role of a prehistoric man from the metal age.
May: a common digital collection of created posters and their voice presentation will be created. Online presentation of collaborative collections created on school websites or in the museum for the International Museum Day (May 18).
June: dissemination and evaluation of the project.
