Our organisation is a small school, located in a village in ŞIRNAK at the southeast of Turkey. It has 255 students with 111 pupils in the primary school, 134 students in the secondary school and 10 kindergarden students and 15 staff. There are 3 levels of education; kindergarden, primary and secondary. In our school, Maths, Science, Turkish Language, English Language, Social Science, PE, ICT, Art, Religious Culture and Ethics, Mind Games and Media Literacy are taught. As teachers, we created a commission named Project Management and Strategic Plan Commission including teachers, headmaster and head of school family counsil. By applying questionaires to the students and teachers, this commission identified the problems that the teachers and the students face with at school. Some of these problems are; - lack of motivation to education - low academic success because of boring traditional methods of teaching, - weak communication between students and teachers - early school leaving because of these reasons. The commission decided to handle these obstacles in an international way by preparing an erasmus+ project about Motivative Teaching Methods to motivate our students to school environment. To learn how to prepare an erasmus+ project, all the teachers in school took 150 hours courses about Erasmus+ and E-twinning Projects. All the teachers working at school registered some websites such as E-twinning and School Education Gateway. They also applied Turkish National Body for an Erasmus+ KA101 project about Early School Leaving and Bullying at School. These show that the teachers motivate to prepare a project to tacle with early school leaving and to learn new innovative curricula.

 Key people in charge of running the project in our school are identified by the Project Management and Strategic Plan Commission. Kadir YÜLEK: He is the headmaster of the school. His department is English Language Teaching. He is experienced in Comenius and Erasmus+ projects.He has taken part in two KA2 projects before named 'Eat Wise: Educating for a Healthy and Sustainable Diet' and 'Learning By Fun'. He is the signatory of our organisation and he is responsible for the coordination between the partners, communication and supervisor of the project. Abdullah İLHAN: He is the Maths Teacher. He is experienced in E-twinning Project and technology. He and our Science Teacher are running Etwinning project about Web.02 Tools. So he is in charge of preparing innovative materials and dissemination of our project by using Web.02 Tools. He also knows English well, He'll work for the project as a contact person. All our teachers will actively take part in our project and there will be 3 people working for each part, so if one of them leaves his/her post, the others will take over his/her role. There are 5 teachers who know English well in our school. Any of them can be contact person in the project. If the headmaster leave his post, director assistant will take over his role.
