Nativity scenes composed in historical buildings of Kraków - an inspiration for s models is the St. Mary's Basilica or Wawel Castle....
The delightful thing is that these wonderful models are created just out of cardboard, paper, coloured chocolate wrappers…etc.
They illustrate elements of Polish culture. Each year presentation and competition takes place on the first Thursday of December, at the Main Market Square, Kraków, next to the Adam Mickiewicz Monument. The best artworks are then displayed in the Historical Museum of Kraków.
