Our schools

  • Institut de L'Arboç 🌳

Institut de L’Arboç is a public secondary school approximately 50 km from Barcelona. There are about 650 students aged 12 to 18, and they all come from the picturesque town of L’Arboç and its surrounding area.
This Catalan eco-school is implementing a project-based learning approach (PBL), and it also integrates Community Service into the curriculum. Additionally, foreign languages (English, German and French) are playing an increasingly important role in the School Project.

    Institut Joan Segura i Valls
Santa Coloma de Queralt is a small village (2700h) in the middle of Catalonia, one hour from Tarragona and one hour from Barcelona too. There is a nursery, two primary schools and only a secondary one. Our secondary school is small, with about 120 students from 12 to 16 years old, so we only have the studies of ESO and then the y move to Igualada, Montblanc or Cervera to continue studying.
The school is into new projects, like TAC related to new technologies, GEP working the plurilingualism, an environmental one Escoles Verdes, and another to stop bullying (#aquiproubullying). In addition, our secondary school stresses the importance to have international experience, this is why we have asked for an Erasmus+ project.

    IE Pi del Burgar

IE Pi del Burgar is a public primary and secondary school from age 3 to age 16, located in Reus (Catalonia, Spain). We are over 660 students and about 60 teachers. From its outset, our school has been a reference for our willingness to effectively respond to the heterogeneity of its students (different origins, different socio economic background, different capabilities).

We are committed to the constant revision of our methodologies with the aim of improving academic results. An example of this is the implementation of the GEP program which involves the use of CLIL methodologies and the improvement of communication skills.
