 WHAT DO LATVIAN STUDENTS NOW KNOW ABOUT NATURE IN SPAIN, SERBIA AND TURKEY (Extracts from our home work) SPAIN There are many domestic and wild animals in Spain like dogs, cats, ponys, deers, wild boars, rabbits, squirels, foxes, linxes, horses, turtles, fish e.t.c. There are beautiful birds like bee-eaters, robins, piggeions, Iberian eagles and different qwls. In Latvia and Spain many animal species are similar, buti n Latvia we don`t have sea turtles. Many Spanish plants we don`t have. I like Spanish animals very much. (Dārta Auziņa) Spanish schools are very environmental. They save a lot of recources. It`s very hot in Spain. Nature in Spaini s very beautiful. Spanish mational bird is Cireaetus pollius- it`s kind of eagle. Popular tree is holm-oak. (Kristians Lelis) Spanish presentations are really interesting.I noticed that there are mostly the same animals as we have. Spanish children are recycling.they care about nature. (Evelina Balama) SERBIA Serbian students are talking about serious problems- floods, polluted water, air and oxigen problems. I learned a lot from their presentations. (Evelina Balama) Serbia is very similar to Latvia. In Serbia people are fishing a lot. Buti n Serbia it`s much warmer than in Latvia. They also have bears, foxes and rabbits.
