From the 9th to the 13th of May, the 1st LTTA-students of our project took place, with the participation of 8 students from Spain, 7 students from Germany and 8 students from Portugal in the Erasmus event held in Portugal at the General Serpa Pinto School, in Cinfães.
Here is a summary of the many activities promoted:
- commemoration of Europe Day, with a protocol ceremony;
- promotion of a workshop with traditional games;
- visit to the town of Cinfães and reception at the City Hall;
- train ride along the Douro River, a World Heritage Site;
- visit to Parque Aventura de Vila Real, to promote group activities in nature;
- visit to the Vista Alegre Museum, with a visit to the Museum and promotion of a porcelain painting workshop;
- walk along Costa Nova beach;
- visit to the city of Porto and boat trip on the Douro river;
- walk by Bestança river and visit the village of Gralheira, the highest village in Portugal and promotion of a workshop on the importance of multiculturalism (sharing ideas with a refugee family from Ukraine living in this village);
- final conviviality, with display of local cultural traditions (local songs and dances) and delivery of the final certificates.
