    CHARACTERS IN THE LITTLE PRINCE

    • The students of A2, Primary School of Oraiokastro were based on the on the concept of the book “The little prince” and they wrote the questions that they would like to ask him as well as the appropriate answers, according to the story.
After that, they illustrated the interview, while drawing pictures that matched to the answers of the little Prince.

      Dear partners,
this is D1 Primary School of Pentalofos-team "philosophers" contribution to our collaborative e-book for the topic area "Travelling with the little Prince".

      Acrostic Poem

Our Visitor, Miss Eleni Mandalaridou had this unique idea for an Acrostic Poem. D1 pupils, team philosophers, supported this idea in such a wonderful way! Miss Eleni said: “This is the pupils’ attempt to write an Acrostic Poem where the first letters of the lines spell the phrase “The Little Prince”. Trying to put their thoughts on paper this is what our “little poets” came up with.

P.S. Please forgive us if the result is not very professional.”

      Special thanks to Miss Eleni!

Collaborative activity- geographers and philosophers, D1 Primary School of Pentalofos.
Philosophers discovered a wide range of emotions in the story of the Little Prince. They noted them, they worked on them and collaborated with geographers to create The Land of Emotions.

"The teams philosophers and geographers decided to make the land of emotions. The emotions we chose come from the story of the little Prince. These were: love, happiness, loneliness, joy, sadness, fear, admiration, shame, pride and anger. We chose to accompany them with a painting. The feeling of love is when the little Prince is with his flower. Happiness is when the little Prince and the fox become friends. When the little Prince was in the desert he felt lonely. When he returned to his planet and found his flower, he felt joy. Sorrow is when the narrator is separated from the little Prince. The little Prince felt fear for the unknown experience of the snake-bite. Admiration is what the conceited seeks from others. Shame is the emotion the tippler is feeling. Anger is what the little Prince feels when the narrator says that the flowers grows thorns just from spite. Finally, the flower is proud of it's rose petals. "
