WHAT MAKES A GOOD LEADER ?
A good leader does things confidently and motivates this confidence in his followers . He or she gives people sense of humor and makes them feel that they are precious and valuable and that they are doing things properly . However , a self confident but irresponsible person is probably to get his or her followers and team in chaos .
