4 different European countries created a unique union, reaching from the North to the South of EU, the participating countries being Finland, Latvia, Slovakia, Italy. All together the schools would like to contrast and compare their experience, culture, ideas, and, most importantly, the attitudes towards the environment, research the past roots of the national behaviour and discover its impact on European future. The following project objectives are set: to make aware teenagers as individuals of environmental issues; evaluate the historical influence of the individual approach to environmental issues; accept diverse opinions on moral dilemmas of future; teach students and teachers how to co-operate in projects; awake individual responsibility towards our environment; enforce EU citizenship. 5 most active students with 2 teachers from each country will be offered possibility to meet their peers from other countries.
