Hello everybody, pupils and teachers!

We are a primary school class from Réunion island, a little french oversea area who is located in Indian Ocean, a long way off Europe. We wish you good luck to find our island on the world map! If you  succeed in doing it, congratulations!!We are happy to work with distant countries 'cause we didn't know very much where were Europe! Hurrah for EDL!!

 

Dear friends,

We are "Barrufet school" in Sant Boi the Llobregat, a town near Barcelona (Spain). Here we speak Catalan and Spanish and we learn English at school. As we had only a few days to do all the tasks in the project we have been working cooperative and collaboratively, one class begin the postcards, other class finish colouring, other write, other sing Happy birthday... (our 6th graders want to surprise you and sing Happy Birthday in french!!! )... but all of us are locating your countries in the map and learning which language do you speak! Today we have done a videoconference with Poland and now all the pupils ask me to participate in one too! They were so happy! We cannot wait to receive your postcards and begin to "build" a big wall chart with them. Happy EDL!!!!!!!!!!

We are a school from central Spain, located in Ciudad Real. We are a bilingual school so we also learn many subjects in English. We loved to celebrate EDL last year with many schools from Europe, and we are glad to join the celebration this year too.
