  • The eTwinning project "Jingle Bell Time".

During this project my students had the opportunity to discover other languages in Europe and share their culture using Christmas song. Students learnt the song "Jingle Bells" in English and their native language. Also I together with my students learnt the phrase "Merry Christmas" in other languages.

We created our logo for the project and mascot for the collaborative story. All members of the project chose the best ones. We collaborate with students and teachers from Spain, Romania, Netherlands, Poland, Italy, Croatia, Albania, Malta,  Greece, Bulgaria, North Macedonia, Czech Republic. Together we made Christmas vocabulary, created a Magazine of Christmas traditions with app Ludsidptess. We shared our Christmas wishes, video, activities, decorations, exchanged greeting cards mail. During the project we were writing a collaborate story about Christmas adventures of twins  Beebell and Flybell: each country wrote a part for the story and drew or created 2 illustrations.

Working at the project my students leart to collaborate, to create, to communicate with others. They knew new words, cultures  and traditions of different countries. They also practiced in speaking, writing, reading, listening, developed their skills to work in pairs and groups, make a discussion, voting and decision. And of course, we studied the usage of new apps and IT tools.

We are happy to participate in the project! Thanks all our eTwinning partners!!!
