Main goals of the project include recognizing the importance of mental health and factors that affect it (stress, anxiety, depression etc.) and discovering ways of increasing one's mental health and general well-being. Students will participate in workshops (about stress, coping, dealing with anxiety, helping others deal with their problems, etc.), plan and organize a simple psychological research or create a short film about mental health, and exchange experiences with their peers from other countries. Dissemination will be achieved through Twinspace and various activities in partner schools, and materials for workshops and other activities will be provided in two-part project kits.
