The Student Hanseatic League aims at allowing students to experience the Baltic Sea area as a region of strong economic activity which might serve them as a job market, but also for sourcing and marketing products. Using an entrepreneurial approach promotes the integrated development of personal skills as well as cross-curricular work and engaging in economic activities. Experience has demonstrated that a student company is a perfect environment for students to gain practical experience and develop skills needed in their careers, i.e. key competences, basic skills, personal skills and social skills.
