  • NUTRITIONIST WORKSHOP

    Last week a nutitionist expertise came at our class . He explained how to create a balanced and healthy meal. We talked about the nutrients food have.

    Later each child prepared his own meal including the ingredients for a healthy plate, containing: 50% fruits and vegetables, 25% proteins and the last 25% carbohydrats. They chose ingredients to make the plate.
