The main aim of the project is to become aware of the importance of eating in the healthy way and promote healthy lifestyle among young people.
During the entire life of this project students will look for reliable information on food (nutrients, supplements, etc) and health aspects related to food (eating disorders, diseases and food). They will also focus on how physical activity is connected with health, as well as realizing the importance of sleep in health and what factors that, globally, most influences our health and well-being.
In order to make students able to independently find and creatively compose healthy well-balanced dishes we'll also discover the partners' culture and customs which are related to food and nutrition.
