|B|e-safe

Nowadays students use ICT on a daily basis and are not aware of the security issues and risks that ICT brings. The project is aimed at raising the awareness of students about the general online security issues, data security, malware, cyberbullying, network security, secure web browsing and safe online communication. By working with students from other countries, students will develop specific knowledge and skills using ICT in a virtual learning environment. In addition to theoretical and technical knowledge, students will learn about the culture of other countries, develop communication skills and make new acquaintances. Students will publish the work process and the results of their research on Twinspace, make an e-book (B)e-safe and share experiences with other European peers. The dissemination of the project will follow on school websites, social networks and newspaper. Also, teachers will disseminate the project to their colleagues and other students and parents.
