Activities and "Common Cookbook"

  • In this event, we wrote healthy snack recipes for our partners' countries and cities. We cooked these healthy snacks in our class. It was a fun event. We have prepared a cookbook to share our recipes with partner schools.

    We made various shapes of fruits in the classroom. We made car, butterfly, pine tree, palm tree and hedgehog from fruits. We used toothpicks to make the spines of the hedgehog and the wheels of the car.

    We made vegetable and fruit salads. We cuted the ingredients and mixed. For vegetable salad me made yogurt dressing. Place all ingredients (yogurt, Parmesan, olive oil, lemon juice, anchovy, mustard, and garlic) in a bowl. Puree until smooth and emulsified.

    We made fruit yogurt in class. We warmed the milk, fermented it. We waited four hours. We made fruit yogurt with yogurt.

    We added 2 eggs, honey, 3 cups of flour, baking powder, vanilla to 4 cups of milk four pancakes. We mixed all the ingredients thoroughly. We poured it in a pan with a ladle.

    e Twinning chefs made healthy carrot balls 

    5 pieces carrot, 1 package petiter biscuit, 1 cup candy, 2 wipe tablespoons liquid oil, 1 cup walnut, 1 package coconut

    Grate the carrots in a pan and fry them with oil and sugar. After cooling, add and knead other ingredients. Make round balls and rest in coconut. You can serve as you wish.

    WALNUT APRICOT DESSERT

    Materials

    * Desired amount of dried apricots

    * 1 walnut for each apricot (whole broken, divided into two)

    * Water at room temperature

    Preparation

    1) Pre-wash the apricots, soak them in a glass bowl with enough water to cover them, and leave them in the refrigerator overnight.

    2) Take the softened apricots from the water the next morning, open the slit portions slightly, put half of the walnuts in it and place it on the serving plate.

    STALE BREAD OMELET

    Materials:

    - 1 stale bread

    - 3 eggs

    -Cheese, oil, parsley, spice

    - 2 cups of milk

    Preparation:

    Cut the stale bread into small pieces. Add and mix other ingredients. Cook in the pan.

    MİLK WİTH HONEY AND BANANA

    Materials:  1 lt. milk  ,  2 banana,   1 groin honey

    Preparation: Banana and honey are put in milk. Mixed with blender. Put in glasses.

    SALAD WİTH POMEGRANATE WALNUTS İN ORANGE BOWL

     

     Ingredlents: Curly,mediterranean greens,tomato,

    salad,onions,walnut,

    lemon,olive oil,gherkin pickles,arugula,

    parsley, large pomegranate

     

    Preparation of:

    Wash and chop all the ingredients.

    Then add walnuts and pomegranate and mix them. 

    Put them in the orange carved into the bowl and serve. 

    Bon appetit.

    FRUIT SALAD

    Fruit Salad Materials:

     2 oranges.2 kiwis.1 quince. 

    1 pomegranate.1 apple,1 tangerine, 

    1 pear,1 banana

    Preparation:

    Chop orange, kiwi, 

    quince, pear, tangerine, 

    banana and apple in cubes. 

    Extract the pomegranate 

    and mix it with the fruits.

    Materials for making

    • 5 tablespoons of yogurt

    • 1 season fruit

    • 1 tablespoon of honey


    How to make a fruit yogurt recipe?

    Cut 2/3 of the fruit into cubes. Add 5 spoons of yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. Let's mix the fruits with the yoghurt we prepared. Then pour it into the bowls or glasses. Chop the fruit that has fallen back and add it.

         HEALTHY MİLK

    Materials:

    A glass of milk

    1 spoonful of honey

    1 spoon of oatmeal

    1 spoon of tahini

    Put the milk in the glass.Take and mix other ingredients respectively.

    Most children don't like the zucchini hash browns, but when they prepare it on their own, that looks and tastes much more delicious ;) We cooked our meal in the laboratory and I brought my oven to the school for this activity:)
    Ingredients:

    3 zucchinis

    3 eggs

    2 tablespoons od olive oil

    2 teaspoons of salt

    a little bit pepper

    Cheese (approximately as much as 4 matchboxes)

    plenty of dill and parsley

    4 glasses of wheat flour (a glass of 200 ml)

    DIRECTIONS:

    Grate 3 zucchinis and squeeze with your hands to press out moisture. Add all the other ingredients and stir them carefully. Then put the mixture on a baking tray covered with greaseproof paper. After that, bake it in an oven preheated to 170 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Good appetite!;)
