GREEK SCHOOL

On May 21, 29 students and 10 teachers from partner schools from Spain, Portugal, Croatia, Cyprus and Turkey,  traveled virtually to the Primary School of Ormylia, Halkidiki, where the coordinator of the program and students of the school organized an online seminar entitled: "Web Lesson 1". It was preceded by the invitation of the partners and the sending of the program of the day by e-mail.

The meeting took place through the Microsoft teams platform. First, after the welcome and greetings of the schools, the students introduced themselves through a padlet entitled: “1st web lesson”.
Then, Greek students of the 5th grade made Greece known to the partners through a powerpoint they created for this purpose.
Then followed the presentation of the lesson by the same students, which was designed with the online tool Quizizz entitled: “European Food Adventures, web lesson 1”. The theme of the presentation was diet-exercise-rest. The presentation featured quizzes for the students each time each of the course topics was completed. At the end of the presentation the results of the quizzes were shown.
Before the end, the students were asked to play two games with questions related to characteristics of the countries of the program and the course as well. The tool used was "gamilab". They had a lot of fun and at the end they said goodbye wishing that next year they will have the opportunity to see each other in person.
A few days later, the partners were sent the attendance certificates of the meeting.
