The school plays a decisive role in teaching measures to minimize climate change. The students learn about recycling, but the different types of garbage were not separated at school until 2019. They only received the theoretical training in Citizenship. The role of school is significant in gaining waste management behaviours especially when approaching some school subjects, with teachers' perspectives and school curriculum. There is a need of raising the students' education and awareness level of waste and efficient use of it. However, observations within and outside the school indicate that waste management is not efficiently dealt with. By observing their behaviour, we concluded that students produced a lot of recyclable garbages.
