The project we are presenting has been approved by Erasmus and we are confident that it will give the pupils of the participating schools the opportunity to learn together and will allow each country to share its culture and language with partners. The project will involve the entire educating community and aims to raise awareness of each other's identities and the richness of diversity, while appreciating what makes each member country unique. Each partner will start this process by first examining their local and national cultural characteristics and then sharing them with partners. English is the communication language of the project, but in every phase we will also try to promote the use of all partner languages. The work will be carried out through cooperative teaching and learning between students and teachers from different partner countries. The theme of the project will be developed through an intense intercultural exchange, using the etwinning platform and the different new technologies: e-mail, video conferences, work meetings, drawings, video paintings, photos, CDs, photo albums, exchanges on folklore.
