We will investigate the biology of plants with the assistance of science, technology, reading, art and mathematics. Our purpose will be to become more sensitive about the Nature and the protection of the Earth. The motivation will be given from a favorite fairytale, Alice in the Wonderland. In this project, 6 different teams from 6 different countries will make experiments, will design ecological gardens with recycled materials, will read fairytales and, most importantly, will have a common purpose to become sensitive and responsible to protect our planet. Our purpose will be to introduce to our pupils (aged 7-10) the way the plants receive their food, the reason they are green, why they need sun, how they use the energy of the sun and why they are necessary for human and earth life. All these will be presented through science, technology, reading, arts and mathematics.
