    We went out to the garden with the students and firstly collected 10 medium-sized stones together.With the students, we wrote the numbers from 1 to 10 on the stones and placed the stones on the garden floor in order.Then we gathered small stones and placed them under medium-sized stones with numbers. We made sure that we put the stones as much as numbers written on the big stones, so we completed our math activity.

    Today we used a plastic box, a foam cup and a plastic spoon for mathematics learning. In our garden, we filled sand in our medium-sized plastic box. We wrote numbers from 1 to 10 on the foam cups and spoons. They took sand with a spoon as many as the number on the spoon and filled it into the foam cups that wrote the same number.

    We have written numbers on toilet paper rolls that we have collected for recycling activity with my students today.
    The children completed our math activity in nature by putting the wooden sticks as many as the number counted in the rolls on which we write numbers.

    We went to the garden by taking our numbers and sea shells.The students lined up our cards, which wrote numbers, to the number of students from 1 to 10.The student lining up lists the seashells under the card, as many as the number printed on the card.After all the numbers are completed, the activity is completed by checking whether the numbers on the cards are the same as the seashells.

    We hid the numbers in the school yard. The children grouped. And they tried to find the numbers. The group that found the most numbers won the game. They became "the number hunters".

    Outdoor game "Fleeing third"

    Game Description: Players split into groups of three, two players left without a treble. In groups of three, each player stops behind each other to form a line, and all three stop in a circle, leaving enough space between the groups. One of the two remaining players catches, the other flees. When a running player gets tired, he can stand up against any of the top three. This way the last, fourth player in that group becomes the catcher. He runs away, and when he is tired he can choose another trike. If the catching player catches the runner, they change positions - the runner becomes the catcher and the catcher - the runaway.

    Our outdoor activities with numbers:

    1. We counted stones. The numbers were written in the paper cups. Children had to add as many stones as the number is written in.

    2. Children get a paper cups with drawn bubbles on its. Children had to add as many stones to the cups, as many bubbles are written on.

    3. Children get a paper bags with tasks. For example: they had to add to the bags 4 stones or 5 cones.

    4. Children made a bracelets with natural materials. Later they counted how many leaves or flowers are on their bracelets.

    5. We made sensory bags: we poured the hair gel to plastic bag and add to it leaves, sticks, flowers. Later we counted and marked, how many flowers , leaves or sticks are in it.

    Activity Descrtiption: I have prepared activity cards with numbers written on them. Children are asked to collect stones regarding these numbers written on the activity cards. After that children sorted those stones from 1 to 10.

     

    In this exercise Children wrote numbers on pieces of logs and collected materials regarding the numbers.
