Food and Sustainable Development

    This is the name of the forum which was to take place on March 24, 2020 at the lycée.

    This Forum was born from the work carried out during our etwinning project.

    The CAP ATMFC class as part of the eco-school-project on their heart set on informing other students about the impact of food choice on the planet today and presenting the new PNNS4 recommandations ( National Health Nutrition Plan)

    Therefore we contacted our partner MGEN (it's a mutual health partner of national education in France) in order to setup this forum together. CVL students also volunteered to organize this day. The CVL is a group of students who represent the pupils in the different council of the school. the chosen location for this day was the school library which hosted the exhibition on the SDGs by Yann Arthus Bertrand.

    Ms. Fulgence, representative of MGEN Haute Marne, for her part prepare a discovery workshop about short circuits and the seasonality of products. She was accompanied by representatives of the Artisans du Monde Association who came to explain fair trade.

    Mr Roze, Chief Education Advisor, oversaw the action of the Hign School Life Council (CVL). For this forum, the studentsprepared a slideshow retracing the genesisof the educational garden and the work down around the theme of biodiversity by the school boarders of whom they're the representatives. The objective of this garden is to offer the students a wellness space where they will coexist in harmony with the fauna and the flora.

    Pupils of ATMFC, accompanied with Ms Balaye, Ms Neto and Ms Daire prepared three educational games :

    "the objective Sustanaible planet"

    "I identify the SDGS game"

    " Icompose my balance meal"

    The supervisors for their part have created and setup a game on food waste.

    Objectives : Inform, exchange to propose solutions.
