About To Healthy Lifestyle Step by Step project:

We would like our students to share experiences, ideas and suggestions so that they can be able to choose healthy lifestyles, including ways to improve their success at school and suitable opportunities to identify and deal with emotions. . We want our students to grow up as responsible citizens, developing their creativity, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills, and promoting entrepreneurship. We would like them to rediscover traditional games and outdoors activities important to promote well-being and social skills, as nowadays they are constantly "glued" to mobile phones and other screens, spending less time in the open air and contacting with nature, thus it will enhance the opportunity to foster environmental protection, cultural heritage awareness as well as promoting healthy lifestyles that can lead to success, well-being and happiness.

The project is divided into 6 parts - challenges and students will have to face the challenges working in groups at schools and in international groups using Twinspace and other safe tools and finally during live meetings in each school.

    The Challenges are:

    1. Let's know each other school life. How the school lives are similar and different in our countries?

    2. Nature in our life. Do we really take advantage of natural wealth nearby?

    3. Free time. How do we spent our free time at home after school?

    4. Healthy diet. Do we pay attention to what and how we eat?

    5. Let’s Move. Do we like being in move?

    6. Emotions in our daily life. Can we cope with our emotions? How important is it in teenager's life?

    We have also divided the responsibility for running the challenges of the project: Poland: Challenges 1. School life & 2. Nature;

Spain: Challenges: 3. Healthy Diet &4. Let's move together:

Portugal: Challenges: 5. Emotions & 6. Free time.

Each school is responsible for evaluation plan for its challenges, which will be presented during short term exchanges of pupils and via Twinspace as well.

Using eTwinning platform with all the tools on Twinspace will be obligatory:

    - Project journal for informing each other about the project progress

    - Forum for discussing current tasks

    - Online meetings section for videomeeting

    - Pages - for updating all the work done on the project

The communication will be both electronically / email, social media, thinkers, etc.,/ and live during the scheduled meetings. All teachers involved will be on WhatsApp group to be update with all the project aspects, activities and tasks. On-line communication will be on a regular basis - every week, while live meetings will report progress, be planned and analyzed. Good tone is binding for all partners. The Coordinator will monitor the adherence to tolerance and friendly spirit.

The cooperation along the line will be an axially expressed on several lines:

    2. Children in schools - working in a small group with a certain role, with the ability to express their abilities and interests.
    3. When preparing the products under the guideline - each presents parts of which will create a common product.
