This is a project in which students will learn more about the rocks that exist in their surroundings and in their countries. They will establish a relationship between those rocks and the constructions (houses, monuments, pavements, statues, …) around them as well as other uses (glass, ceramics, smartphones, batteries, …). They will reflect about the way these rocks and their minerals are explored and the consequences to the environment. Through a cooperative project, students will share and discuss their opinions and they will cooperate in creating an e-book.
