Introduction, become acquainted to the project details and discuss potential issues and significant matters at hand concerning the materialization of the project;

Planning the whole project, dividing tasks, signing partnership agreements about communication, teachers stay and other agreements;

Discussion on how to accomplish the activities and tasks of the project;

Discussion on monitoring and evaluation of activities and confirmation of tasks for the next years;

Preparation of plan for handing project risks, to form all quantitative and qualitative indicators of the project achievement;

Working out a detailed plan for our workshops; 

Reporting on the necessary methods, tools and content to develop pupils digital competences, subject basic skills /ITC, Math, Science, language, Art/, cultural dimension.
