On the 8th of May over 300 children at the ages 5-6 from six different schools and preschools met in a huge sports hall . After the official opening of the workshop children from each unit drew a country they were going to learn about. With help of their teachers children worked with prepared for them materials using collage techinque . Each unit got cut paper quarters and had to  glue them with  glue sticks  onto the white paper, with the goal of overlapping and filling up contour lines of the drawn country, flag, characteristic building or for Netherlands - tulips and for Spain a bull. The children were working and having fun when the teachers were painting flags on their faces .When the works were done children presented them and answered a few questions. This way we learned about Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Poland and Netherlands. Ater each presentation children walked  around the hall showing their works.

They could also hear greetings from Italy, Germany, French children singing and Spanish children singing, moreover  we called  Netherlands with greetings from Poland, so we could hear Dutch greetings too. When all the works were presented and placed children were invited to make a big circle and holding their hands were singing  a song we are union friends. Each unit got a statue of a Euro-preschool . There were also dances, games, baloons and a lot of fun.
