The following tasks will be done by all the partner schools;
When our ''Open a Door to Digital World: Web 2.0 Tools' project is funded by the NA;,
1. Each partner school will declare it on the schools' websites, facebook groups, local and national press, etc.
2. The Provincial Directorate of National Education will be informed about the project, its objectives and effects on teachers, students, parents and the
schools at the neighbourhood.
3. Contact teachers will prepare an introduction seminar about the project to the schools' teachers and parents.
4. Contact teachers will arrange an online meeting and talk about the fisrt process of the project.
5. The Partnership Aggrement will be prepared altogether it'll be sign at the first LTT.
6. Turkey will start to create the website of the project.
7. Romania will prepare questionnaire for teachers and students and send them to all contact teachers.
P2 01-2019
The social network accounts of the project will be created:
1. Turkey will create the facebook account
2. Romania will create the youtube account
3. Poland will create the twitter account
4. Lithuania will create the etwinning project of the Erasmus+ project as a dissemination, all the partners will be the member of it.
5.Turkey (or Lithuania) will prepare padlets (digital boards)
6. Greece will study on the essays about web 2.0 tools on School Education Gateway and tell about them at the LTT in Turkey.
7. Poland will prepare brochures before the LTT.
8. Turkey will update the website of the project.
9. Language support will be given to the participant students or teachers to the LTT mobilities.

P3 05-2019
After the LTT meetings in 3 schools, all the partner schools will
1. give seminars to their colleagues and parents
2. prepare Erasmus+ Corners and update them after every LTT
3. prepare school newspapers
4. declare the LTT mobilities on local-national press and on social network acoounts
5. project banners will be prepared
6. Each contact teacher will send the documents, photos or videos of LTTs and Turkey will update the website with these.
7. Budget teams of the schools will examine the bills and update their documents.
8. Project teams of the schools will inform the schools' teachers, students, parents and the schools in their district about the works of project.
9. Management teams of the schools will prepare reports for every months of the project (they will evaluate the works)
10. Participants will have diaries and write reports about the LTTs and teachers will be able to see if the objectives of the project are realized or not.
C3 06-2019 (Poland)

P4 10-2019
1. Budget teams of the schools will evaluate the bills and the money they have for the next LTT meeting.
2. Greece will prepare the Moodle platform and share the works of the project.
3. Poland will prepare brochures before the LTT meetings and send them via email to the other contact teachers.
4. Turkey will upload all the works to the website of the project.
5. The works/activities of the project will be uploaded to etwinning/twinspace, youtube, twitter and facebook accounts.They will also shared on the schools' websites. Turkey will share the activities on EBA platform.
6. All the partner schools will update the Erasmus+ Corners that are at their school.
7. They will also continue to prepare the school newpapers after LTTs.
8. They will do the second seminars with their schools' teachers, students, parents and the other schools in their district. When needed, contact teachers will arrange online meetings.
9. The LTT mobilities will be declared via local-national press.
C4 11-2019 (Romania)

P5 03-2020
1. The partner schools will continue to write reports about the project process and these reports will help us to write the final report of the project.
2. All the works/activities will be shared on the all social networking accounts and websites of the project.Erasmus+ Corners of the schools will be updated.
3. New brochures will be prepared and delivered to neighbour schools to aware them about the project process.
4. Language support will be given by the English language teachers of the schools to the participants of LTTs.
If needed, online meetings will be arranged for the contact teachers.

1. All the partner schools will prepare a common handbook and e-book of the project.These will show all activities that have been done for 2 years prepare a common dictionary about web 2.0 tools, name and short explanations of them.
2. All the works will be uploaded to facebook, twitter, youtube and etwinning / twinspace and website of our project.
3. All the works will be uploaded to the Moodle and the Google Classroom platform.
4. Budget teams will examine the bills and write reports about them.
5. Project teams will give the last seminars of the project to the schools' teachers, students, parents and the other schools in their district.
6. Erasmus+ Corners will be updated and school newspapers will be prepared.
7. Romania will prepare the questionnaire for the end of the project. Management teams will evaluate the differences between the questionnaire that will be done at the beginning and at the end of the project. This will help us to see if the objectives of the project are provied.
