    Students are invited to read their partners’ presentations and ask questions or react to the presentation

    Students post a presentation of their school or their class in the forum [thread: School or class presentation]. It can be a photo + a recording or a small text, a video, or any other medium.

    The students are invited to react and/or ask questions in the forum.

    In class

    Depending on each teacher’s own organisation, the students will work on Christmas traditions in Britain and/or in their own country.

    They decide together to present one tradition to the members of the eTwinning project OR how people usually celebrate Christmas in their country.

    To make their presentation, they can use the medium of their choice: cardboard (taken in photo), video, slideshow, Padlet, …

    The presentation is posted on the TwinSpace, Page “Christmas traditions… in [country page]”

    Send the questions before Dec. 23

    Preparing the quiz

    The students prepare 5 questions about their presentation. They will be asked to send them by email to a teacher who will collect all the questions to make one and only quiz.

    They write each question + the expected answer.

    They can decide the type of question:

    • multiple choice / one answer
    • tick boxes (several answers possible)
    • short answer

    before Dec. 21st

    At any moment, the students are invited to create and/or write season greetings cards to their partners and send them.

    January 7- 13

    The students are invited to discover the traditions of their partners. They can be asked to share their reactions in a forum section.

    Jan. 14 - 20

    The students make the quiz (individually or by groups).

    Anytime

    The students can share photos of the cards they received and how they displayed them in the classroom.

    Jan. 21 - 31

    Final step: evaluation of the project.

    February 2019

    If the students managed to communicate together and the project has been successfully completed, the teachers can plan to apply for the Quality Label.
