BASE GUIDE ACTIVITIES PHASE IV

PRELIMINARY NOTE: We are in phase IV in which we must definitively shape our city's project. Except for the elaboration of the structures of the sectors and the realization of the final reports, the rest of the activities proposed for this phase are already initiated and some of them very advanced. So, cheer up! A little push and soon we will have the keys to our city.

Completion period: Until the week 13-19 of April, 2020

Activity 1: Final elaboration of the DEFRESBURG guide: Each of the project partners will post on eTwinning the part of the DEFRESBURG guide corresponding to their city, with the format that was already used to present it in Lunel, following this criteria:

Format: Calibri font, size 12, single interlinking.

Include: Images, logos, schemes ...

Document model is attached.

Activity 2: Structure of the city sectors DEFRESBURG: Each of the project partners develops the structure of a city sector, according to the following assignment:

HSBK Soest: Administration (City Hall, Heath, Education…)

Luis Feuillade. Lunel: Business-Facilities (Stores, Companies, Supermarkets, Sports facilities…)

María Pacheco. Toledo: Heritage (Monuments, Museums, Theatres, Cinemas ...)

IESUL Toledo: Supplies (Electricity, Water, Gas, Waste ...)

It is based on the relationship of institutions and organizations of the administrative, cultural, services, commercial and business sectors, related in the DEFRESBURG guide and elaborated in activity 1

So, each partner, using the guide's database and the virtual map of each of the cities, will prepare the corresponding sector structure. It can be a functional structure that coordinates those already existing in cities (neighbourhoods of DEFRESBURG), or a new imaginary functional structure.

Activity 3: Finalize audio guide of DEFRESBURG: Each of the project partners must send the coordinating partner (IES Universidad Laboral) the audios to complete the audio guide of the city.

Result: definitive audio guide

Activity 4: Development of a cross-curricular unit based on the city of DEFRESBURG: Each of the project partners must collaborate in the development of the cross-curricular unit. Providing ideas and developing parts of the unit for each of the blocks, into which the topic can be divided: objectives, contents, activities, evaluation. The documents, contributed ideas and work done will be posted on eTwining on the pages provided for it.

Result: WORD document where the content of the unit blocks is reflected.

Recommendations on eTwinnning.

- When you want to upload a file on eTwinning, it is convenient to upload it first on the block of materials, in the corresponding sub-block (images, videos or documents) and save it in the folder of your centre. Then, you can add it to the page you want. In our case, the corresponding pages are already open for editing and include the content in them.
