The healthy breakfast campaign is one of the most important activities of our project in order to PROMOTE HEALTHY DIET.

1ST BREAKFAST: DRESSED UP FRUITS

The recipes of this breakfast were created by Spanish school and shared to the other schools. On 12th December 2018 students from all partner schools prepared it for school communties in order to disseminate our project and promote healthy breakfasts.

Lead team of students also gave small cards withe the recipes to oter students to bring them home and prepare it again.

4TH HEALTHY BREAKFAST: LET'S EAT A RAINBOW!

Latvian school created a colourful healthy breakfast with Latvian products that were sent to all the schools.

5TH HEALTHY BREAKFAST: OUR OWN RECIPES

Portuguese school was in chage of the creation of this breakfast. Nevertheless, only Latvian school could do it physically because of COVID-!9. The other schools shared the recipes and poster in their web in order families could prepare them at home.
