Living in a country other than the one in which you were born, is worldwide a normality and characterizes the migration of the 20th and 21st centuries. This project will listen to the voice of people with migration biographies all across Europe, e.g. looking at the work migration, especially the youth's migration particularly from Southern to Northern or Middle Europe since the financial crisis is of special interest, as well as the current influx of refugees. We concentrate on interviews, diaries or pieces of literature, autobiographies or other self-reflecting documents and study and document migration biographies from all over Europe.
