The main idea of our project is to make participants value their heritage, by seeing not only as part of a culture but as a source of employment and wealth. Participants will know about experiences that are successfully working in different places of Europe. All the schools will do a research about each area´s traditions. There will be one common thematic block, related to traditional cuisine and local produce. In addition, each country will focus on specific points related to the possibilities of each area: beekeeping, traditional crafts, experiential sustainable tourism, commercializing quality local produces, traditional sports…
