Slow Food - living Europe, encouraging the regions

Three schools from GER, ESP and ITA work in the departments of nutrition. During the project we want the participants to deal - in the field of nutrition -with the cultural assets of our regions, to gain international work experience and to improve social and language skills. Participants get to know typical food of the regions and the traditional way of manufacturing it. The project is co-funded bei the ERASMUS+-programme of the European Union.
