Aim of the project is to show fellow teachers additional ways, methods and strategies of how inclusion and integration can be put into practice. Moreover, school staff gets acquainted with techniques that help to overcome stress which help to master the increasing challenges in everyday school life. Finally, foreign teachers improve their German language skills. All in all, all measures planned in the project aim at improving the teachers' well-being and joy in their job and workplace and at lowering sickness absence rates which, eventually, result in a better quality of teaching.
