Challenge 1

To keep in touch and keep enjoying European cultural heritage, we invite you on a virtual treasure hunt. Collect the letters you are given on your way; you will need them to complete the final url. 

The first three students reaching the final destination - don't forget to leave proof you were there ;)  - will get a prize, sponsored by the German team.

Challenge 2

The Masked Hiker

Take a selfie in the nature close to home, wearing a protective mask. Upload the photo to the folder in the image section.

special group challenge: Team up with students from the partner schools, plan your photo activity together and create a collage with the masked hiker collaboration team. 

You can contact potential partners in the forum or on their profiles.

If you go for the group challenge, don't upload individual photos to the folder, but just your collage. 

The team that publishes a collage with most masked hikers by 12 June will get a prize, sponsored by the German team.

The participants in the first team collage published here will get a prize too.

Challenge 3

Flatter the curve together

Everyone is talking about how we can flatten the curve. Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig, an exhibition project invites people to join their 360° immersive video project called "Flatter the curve".

All you have to do is create a lucky butterfly and upload it to their website. You find the English instruction HERE.

Post your butterfly in the Twinboard too.

The first three students uploading proof of their participation will get a prize sponsored by the German team. Apart from that we might add a visit to the show during Hike 3 in 2021.

Admissions to the museum's website have been closed, but you can still submit to the Twinboard.

Challenge 4

Environment Haiku

Create a haiku (5-7-5 syllables) on a nature topic, e.g. environmental problems, protecting nature, hikes, etc and post it in the twinboard of this page.

We can't hike together now, but share our natural heritage with our friends.
