The success of a project depends on its accurate planning. Identifying the needs/problem/idea, defining the aims and objectives, deciding on the activities and final products, but also the monitoring and evaluation activities... without it, we don't have a project, but only random tasks to do with the students.

But a planning is not a closed document. During the implementation and monitoring activities, the team also has the possibility to add, remove and/or change activities.

This section will present all the steps we have followed during the school year, till the end of the project.
