The idea is to have students as Journalists. Sts are expected to pay closer attention to the world around them-locally and nationally-and then report the news to their etwinning partners using different media and gadgets. Sts would be working in teams and the different partners would publish their news in turns; in the meantime, European partners and also in turns, could perhaps devise quizzes, games, crosswords, or simply ask questions. The process would teach sts about respect and tolerance, teamwork, collaboration and problem-solving - real-life skills - as well as develop the other four - traditional skills - in TEFL.
